This category has been revised for the 2020 edition of the Middle East Consultant Awards. It now recognises three individual winners under the following sub-categories:
- Residential & Commercial
- Hospitality & Tourism
- Retail & Public Facilities
Consultants interested in nominating should submit no more than two nominations across all three categories. Only projects that are ongoing (30% complete at least) or have been delivered in the twelve months leading up to the awards qualify. Projects that are in the design stage will not be considered by the panel of judges.

SUSTAINABLE PROJECT OF THE YEAR

Recognises projects that feature sustainable design and engineering elements, sustainable materials and modern processes. Consultants submitting for this award should use their nominations to show clear evidence of the project’s sustainable underpinnings.
Only projects that are ongoing (30% complete at least) or have been delivered in the twelve months leading up to the awards qualify. Projects that are in the design stage will not be considered by the magazine’s panel of judges.
